This tulle collar and pompom hairband in either pink or turquoise are the perfect last minute dress-up accessory, whether you are off to the circus, a festival or need a unique birthday present.

The collar is made from several layers of stiff and soft tulle to protect your child’s skin and give the right amount of volume. The edge is embellished with a pompom trim to match our circus gymnast costume.

The hairband is embellished with wool pompoms in various sizes fitted to a satin covered hair band.
