Each tulle collar is made from several layers of soft and stiff tulle to to give the collar volume. Our tulle is flame retardant to keep your kids safe. The collars close with a satin ribbon and fit all neck sizes.

The pointy hat is made from black and white wool felt, embellished with red pompoms and fitted with an elastic for easy wear.

One size fits all.
